For this first reveal, meet David Pinger and Antonio Pitasi who embody the spirit of innovation and collaboration driving Warden Protocol forward, through their distinct backgrounds and unwavering commitment to excellence.

David was born in 1989 in West Germany. He studied business administration with a minor in computer science at LMU Munich. Working as financial analyst in the venture capital & private equity industry, he funded high-growth internet startups. Gatekeeping, pedigree hiring and seeing the structural power involved in picking technology winners motivated his career change ten years ago when he decided to enter the blockchain industry.

He graduated summa cum laude from Pantheon Sorbonne University - and later worked with product, data analytics & operations at Uber & Binance. Since then, he led Qredo Labs’ research & development efforts into various web3 innovations including stateless chains, webassembly, zero-knowledge proofs and many more. As a co-founder of Warden Protocol, his goal is to build cross-chain intents that are safe, simple and fast. He’s a father of two and during downtime is interested in blockchain advancement, user sovereignty, internet inclusion and playing basketball.

Antonio Pitasi was born in Italy and currently resides in Spain. With a professional background spanning several years in software engineering, he has emerged as a dynamic force in the crypto and blockchain industry.

Antonio's journey into the world of blockchain began with his tenure at Tendermint, now known as Ignite, where he contributed to the Emeris project. Although the project was ultimately discontinued, Antonio's dedication to building high-quality software remained unwavering. Tendermint, renowned for creating the Tendermint consensus algorithm and the Cosmos SDK, provided him with a solid foundation in blockchain technology.

Driven by a passion for innovation, Antonio is committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the crypto space. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and relentless pursuit of excellence in software development.
